Refund policy

Return Policy
RedRover has a 30 day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email membership@redrover.org and attach a photo of the front and back of the item you are returning next to the original packaging and proof of purchase (forwarded email confirmation, screenshot, or photo of receipt).

Please wait for RedRover to reply that your return has been approved before sending your item. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the mailing address where you can send the item you’re returning and a discount code for 10% off your next purchase that must be used within 10 days. We strongly recommend you purchase a tracking number to verify your item has been delivered. RedRover will not refund an item unless we receive it in the mail and we are not responsible for items that are lost in transit.

Once we receive your item(s), we will verify their condition and if satisfactory, we will refund your purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for RedRover to refund your purchase, and note it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and reflect the money in your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund and your funds have not been returned, please email us at membership@redrover.org

Damages and other issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and email us at membership@redrover.org within 7 days if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be replaced at no cost to you and you will receive a 10% discount to purchase a new item at RedRoverStore.org
